Pulmonary aspergilloma

A seventy year old man who came to the hospital because of heavy cough and chest paint. On CT scanner he has a pulmonary aspergilloma on the right side of lung and an lung cyst on the left side as well. Pulmonary aspergilloma is a mass caused by a fungal infection that usually grows in lung cavities. It can also appear in the brain, kidney, or other organs.Some images such as below:
