A case of pedunculated Subserosal Fibroid

A mildle age woman who has a very large tumor in the abdomen that looked like a six month pregnancy actually. On ultrasound we just found that there were a large ovarian cyst on the right and large solid tumour next to the cyst. However, on ct scanner it seemed to be clearer that the solid tumour originated from the uterus. So she has been suffering from an operation after that. It was diagnosed with the pendunculated subserosal fibroid. As you can see, the only test that can help us to distinguish between the ovarian tumour and subserosal fibroid is MRI.
