A case of urethral blockage resulted from stones.
A 31 years-old man who went to hospital because of the urethral blockage that caused an urethral irritation and an obstruction of urine flow. We used a linenear probe with high frequecy, about 12 Mhz for investegating the penis and we did find out that there were two stones side by side with strong shaddows inside the uretha. But the problem was how to determine the exact location of two shaddows. Becasue it might be from an urethra or a calcification of something else, the corpus spongiosum for example. So he had been inserted a foley catheter by a sugereon.
