A video clip of massive right-sided pleural effussion on ultrasound finding.
The patient was on exhausted condition with dry cough and hard breathing as well. He was about 40 kgs in weight. On ultrasound he had a massive right-sided pleural effusion. In fact, there are four types of fluids such as the follwing below:

However in clinical practice, it is generally divided into two types of pleural effusion which are transudate and exudate fluid. Briefly, transudate is produced through pressure filtration without capillary injury while exudate is “inflammatory fluid” leaking between cells. In this case there was a massive pleural effusion with fribrin deposition inside we supposed.
