A case of Lymphoma or Lymphadenopathy.

A 39 years-old woman who has been hospitalised because of a fever, nearly one month. She had been suffering from an cholecystectomy which is known as a surgical removal of gallbladder for one year ago. she was also suffering from a fever with an average temperature of 38 degrees celsius. Up to now, she is staying in hospital for one week and taking full tests altogether. On ultrasound and CT Scanning, we found out that she has a hepatomegaly with a dilatation of CBD and hepatic ducts, nearly 9 mm in diameter without any stones inside at all. However, she also has a CBD cyst (type1) in the middle of CBD, with 20 milimeters in diameter and splenomegaly. But the problem is that she has indeed had a lot of swollen lymph nodes in the abdomen, particularly on the upper part of her abdomen. Therefore, the first diagnosis should be a lymphadenopathy or lymphoma i suppose.
