Perforation of gastric ulcer

The patient is about 25 to 26 years of age who come to hospital because of a sudden onset of severe, sharp abdominal pain in upper abdomen. That was located in the epigastrium to be more exactly. Abdominal examination findings presented with generalized tenderness, rebound tenderness, guarding, and rigidity. On CT scanner, having less amount of free gas in his abodomen. So that, he has been diagnosed perforation of gastroinstestinal tract at once. Note that we could not seek any air under his diagram on standing abdominal x ray at all. Therefore an operation was needed to be performed immediately. As the result, his stomach has been perforated actually on the front surface of the gastric wall.
